We get our proteins from seitan, gluten, tofu, beans, chick peas, grains and beans in general.

What about the honey? Do you really care about harming the bees?

Some vegans do, some don't. Whether you make a big deal about this, let the person know and give your reasons for it.

How can you live without cheese?

The taste in cheese comes from yeast, salt and fat. Based on this, many non animal cheeses have been engineered. Check out that melted vegan cheese on the Pizza! recipe page!

There are a lot of seitan-based meats that are very good alternatives to turkey. Furthermore, most of the side dishes in a Thanksgiving dinner are already vegan.
